„Reci NE! nasilju nad ženama“

Nasilje nad ženama i djevojakama u Bosni i Hercegovini je široko rasprostranjeno i jako prisutno, a relevantna istraživanja pokazuju da je svaka druga žena starija od 15 godina u Bosni i Hercegovini iskusila neki oblik rodno zasnovanog nasilja. Na žalost, u Bosni i Hercegovini su u porastu i slučajevi femicida. Femicid je najekstremnija manifestacija nasilja prema ženam. On je rodno-zasnovano ubistvo žena koje vrše muškarci, motivisano mržnjom prema ženama, kao i osjećanjem vlasništva i nadmoći.

U cilju sprečavanja i borbe protiv nasilja nad djevojkama i ženama na području Mostara "Novi put" je u periodu juli-oktobar 2022. realizovao niz aktivnosti pod sloganom „Reci NE! nasilju nad ženama“.

Pored direktnog rada sa ženama i djevojkama žrtvama rodno-zasnovanog nasilja, realizovali smo kampanje podizanja svijesti za širu javnost, edukativne radionice za žene i djevojke, koje su kreirane kako bi podigle nivo svijesti o problemu nasilja nad ženama i djevojkama, te informisale širu javnost o načinima na koji onu mogu dati svoj doprinos u borbi i sprečavanju svih oblika rodno-zasnovanog nasilja, te kome i kako trebaju prijaviti sve potencijalne slučajeve.

Navedene aktivnosti su realizovane u okviru projekta: “Razvoj programa obuke za članove opšinskih komisija/odbora za ravnopravnost polova u BiH“ podržanog od strane Evropske unije (2021-2022), kojeg implementira Udruženje građana Nešto Više i Amica Educa u saradnji sa Gender Centar Vlade Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine i Gender centar Vlade RS.
